COVID-19 compliance:
In order to keep our caravan operators safe, maximise social distancing, track attendees and control numbers, pre-entry through Eventor and prepaid through Eventor / Paypal is preferred, although entry on the day will be available unless there is a COVID-19 outbreak.

You will need to enter before midnight on Thursday 25 September, but we will not be allocating any set start times.

Bottled water will be provided on the H1 - H4 and Moderate courses. You will need to bring your own water for use before and after the event.

Descriptions: descriptions will be published in symbol and text formats for relevant course; please print and bring to the event with you.

Post-event picnic gatherings will be permitted provided social distancing is maintained but there will be no cake stall or communal food of any kind.

Please follow all Government guidelines for social distancing and do not come to the event if you are feeling unwell. Refunds will automatically be issued if you cannot get to the event, be it because you are feeling unwell or just don't like the weather.

All OWA members have an account in Eventor. Members, please check that your contact details including phone number are correct in your account on Eventor.

If you're not a member of OWA, you will need to set up an account in Eventor in order to pre-enter events - there is no need to join a Club other than Casuals WA, you just pay more for each event. There are guides on the website or another member could help you. If you have any problems, contact our Business Manager, Emma, via email at orienteeringwa@gmail.com.

We acknowledge that pre-entry requires everyone to be more organised, but we consider this is the best means of making our events COVID-safe.

Entry fees:
Adult concessions are obtained by selecting the appropriate Service which will reduce the fee (there are no concessions for Juniors)
Group entries - the lead adult should enter and pay, and then advise the organiser who are in the group (names and ages) - maximimum of 5.
Family maximum - enter all the family members in one transaction and the system will calculate the maximum fee.

Start times from 9.30am – 11.30am. Courses close at 1pm sharp. Please return to the assembly area by 1pm even if you have not completed your course.
