NavDash for MapRunF

Now you can run an Orienteering event at any time, using your smartphone to display your map, course, timing, progress and results. The phone's gps checks your progress against control locations in a pre-loaded event.

Download the documents at the links for more details on how to get started.

Events are currently available for:
Elizabeth Quay (new map and event by Tony Simpkins)
Garvey Park (bush map)
Black Swan (under development)

There are also links to pdf copies of the maps with all controls if you'd prefer to run using a paper map and your phone will handle the timing, control checking and results.

You can see your results and compare them on your phone. Results are also visible on the MapRunF home page – “Leader Board Quick Link” – then filter to see your course.

** Note for Elizabeth Quay: Sometimes the gates into the Finish area are locked. If this is the case you won't get a valid result, but can always try again later. Apologies if this happens to you.
