Event information: Moonlight Madness 4 - Artarmon

Venue: Eastern end of Burra Rd Artarmon (picnic shelter on grassed area between playground and (out-of-bounds) community garden in Artarmon Parklands (former site of Artarmon Bowling Club)
Map: 'Artarmon' 1:7500 (2021) - as used for 2021 SSS Final.
Facilities: water and toilets at Artarmon Reserve playing fields - about 150m south from Artarmon Parklands (enlarge Google map to highlight location of these facilities).
Car Parking: Artarmon Reserve playing field car-park (if new work completed); if not, in street (enlarge the Google map to see the two blue Ps of these parking areas, and the water tap - toilets are in the 'grey' building beside the 'tap' icon).

Same format as Sydney Summer Series with 30 controls. Get as many points as you can in 45 minutes (with a 10 point penalty for every minute over time).

Start any time between 5.30-7pm.
You MUST return to Finish before the Course closes at 7:45pm !
Orienteering Club Members - Seniors $12, Juniors (Under 21) $8, Families $32.
Non-members - Seniors $16, Juniors (Under 21) $10, Families $42.
SI hire is extra.
Groups $20 which includes SI stick hire and two maps. Maximum group size is 4 people.
Extra maps $2, SI Hire $4.

Pre-entry is highly preferred, although limited entry on the day will be available.
NO CASH ACCEPTED; tap-and-go payments only.
Pre-entry closes Tuesday midnight before the event. Please pre-enter if at all possible. We thank YOU!

SI-Air+ will be enabled for all field controls. However both the Start and Finish must be physically dipped.

On arrival all competitors please go to the Meeting Point first.

Several peak-hour busy streets to cross so please be aware of cars.

As usual, you need a strong head-lamp or torch to find your way around (and even to the unlit Meeting Point.)
