Event is rescheduled due to Competitive Sport not permitted on the original date of Aug 1st

O’Halloran Hill part of Glenthorne Park is moderate to steep spur gully terrain with many mountain bike tracks. Some of these are cycling only are hence are Forbidden Routes to orienteers – will be shown on the map, but many are shared trails. Eastern part of the map is fast running (lightly wooded to more open with bushes). Western part is wooded with thickets of olives impeding running and visibility at times. Opportunities to follow the shared trails enables contouring around the steeper hills. Hence the Hard course have some moderate navigation aspects. Moderate and hard courses will cover approx.. 30% more than the straight line distance
No water is provided on courses

Parking – on Adams Rd on the south side of Majors Rd. Assembly adjacent to the small car park used by bikers on the south side of
Majors Rd. PLEASE TAKE CARE CROSSING MAJORS RD.

Courses and Classes – enter M or F of your course of choice, some shorter courses (3 to 8) also available for group entry (For families and newer orienteers who wish to do a course together)

Members: Senior $10, Junior (14-20) $5, Junior (<14) Free.
Groups (with Adult - $15, with Juniors only – Junior Fee +$5)
Non-Members: Senior $15, Junior (14-20) $10, Junior (<14) $5
Groups (with Adult - $20, with Juniors only – Junior Fee +$5)
Individual adults on Course 7 and 8 pay the Over 14 junior fee.
