Please refer to information bulletin for event details.

Start times are now available from the link to the right. Please check these and make sure you arrive on time. The start for all competitors is a 5 minute gentle uphill walk from the registration/finish area. Competitors will be called into the start box 4 minutes before their official start (where control descriptions can be collected). Competitors missing their start time will be started in the next available slot – please report to a start official.

The easy and very easy courses have a short section along the internal road used to reach the parking area. Longer courses cross the road. Please take care driving into the event.

Unless you need to collect a hire SI-card, or make a late payment, there is no need to register or visit the computer when you arrive at the event. Simply make your way to the start!

Certificates will be presented to the first three placings in each class. The ceremony will be around 3pm.

Enjoy your run!
