Event information: Pairs Team Relay - Compass Training

Training Day at Heritage Park. Assembly area is at the end of Heritage Park Drive, Castle Hill. The focus is on compass skills. There will be a brief introduction to the orienteering compass at 0900. Individual entry. Entrants will be balloted into pairs teams. The first starts will be shortly after 0930. The event is open to all. A special sprint map of the park has been artfully created. It has been designed to encourage the use of a compass. Even experienced orienteers will find it "tricky" and challenging. Full details are on the Club's website.
Normal minor event entry fees apply. $12 seniors. $7 juniors. Non-members $3 extra. SportIdent stick hire $4.
