Training exercises for juniors (12-18 year olds) and their parents - open to all regardless of squad membership. 4 days training followed by NSW State League events on July 15 & 16 in Newcastle

Venue: 2016 QB3 areas around Coffs Harbour

Accommodation: Dormitory style at Coffs Harbour Youth Hostel

Transport: Private vehicle

Cost: $180.00
This covers accommodation, food from Tuesday dinner to Friday lunch, maps, entries, fuel, entertainment.

Meals: please BYO lunch and a water bottle for Tuesday. All other meals are included however we will all need to pitch in and assist with meal preparations, cooking and clean up.

We intend to start around 12pm on the Tuesday and have exercises until Friday 1pm. Then people are free to drive towards Newcastle for the State League weekend.

A parent (or 2!) are welcome to accompany their kid(s). We can generally take a few unaccompanied kids if they are "chaperoned" by another parent. If you think you will be an unaccompanied junior please liaise with Sally. Parents are very welcome to join in the training exercises.
