Classic Bush Event. Organiser Mark Roberts. Members $5, Non Members $7, Family members $12, Family Non Members $15, Start area off Quinzeh Creek Road. : Travelling from Brisbane and Ipswich/Toowoombah/Warwick take the Logan Tollway to Loganlea Road or from Brisbane the Pacific Highway Exit 24 to Loganlea Road and head South. Turn left at Brisbane-Beenleigh Road and immediately right after the Logan River Bridge to Nerang St which becomes Waterford-Tamborine Road. After about 9 kms turn left on Stegemann Road and continue for 2kms. Then right on Latimer Road. Continue on Latimer Road, which becomes Quinzeh Creek Road, for about 6kms to the assembly area on the left. UBD 303 Q9, Brisways 382 J1.
If approaching from the Beaudesert-Beenleigh Road, please note that Chardon Bridge Road over the Albert River is closed. Use Veivers Road or Plunkett Road to Quinzeh Creek Road. http://www.jimboombatimes.com.au/story/4560904/road-closure-during-chardon-bridge-replacement/. The bridge over Albert River at Stanmore Road is also closed so Exit 38 from Pacific Motorway is also unavailable. Suggest take Beenleigh Exit 35.
