Notice of ONSW General Meeting (Amended Venue)

A General Meeting of ONSW will be held in conjunction with the NSW Schools Championships on Saturday 1st September.

Time: 4:30 to 6:00 pm
Venue: Cherrybrook Technology High School (Agriculture Room) at 28 to 44 Purchase Road, Cherrybrook.

1. Minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting.
2. Correspondence
3. Reports
4. General Business

Chairman Greg Barbour and Board members will be reporting on items including:

1. Survey of members
2. Survey of clubs
3. Results of surveys to be used for newcomer work that has been postponed.
4. OY competition discussion. We are not making any further changes this year but will respond in next year’s competition.
5. Large infrastructure grants - what can we ask for?

There will be an opportunity for General Business.

The meeting is open to all NSW members, but only endorsed club delegates may vote.
Clubs shall notify the Admin. Officer of any changes to their nominated delegate(s) as per ONSW Rules, before the meeting.
Proxies are acceptable and may be given to any member.
Proxies must be forwarded to the Secretary (rbspry@gmail.com) prior to the meeting or submitted before the meeting starts (proxy form available on the ONSW website).
