The guided tour is an easy social ride on the Banyowla map avoiding the major hills and introducing you to mountain biking, basic bike handling skills, how to use a map to navigate and building confidence on the trails. The guided tour is aimed towards new and novice riders of all ages, no experience necessary – just let us know you are interested in coming by emailing us at mtbo.guidedtour@gmail.com.
