Driving directions

Drive west out of Canberra either on the Uriarra road or the Cotter road.

1) If taking the Uriarra road after crossing the Murrumbidgee river at Uriarra crossing turn left and follow Uriarra road passing the turn off to Uriarra village (Brindabella Rd to Cotter crossing). Continue for another 2 km turning right on to the Uriarra Forest East West road (dirt). (WILL BE SIGNED WITH ORIENTEERING SIGN).

2) If travelling out on Cotter road, after Cotter Crosssing turn right onto Brindabella road and follow to T-junction with Uriarrra Rd (passing Uriaraa village). Turn left and continue for another 2 km turning right on to the Uriarra Forest East West road (dirt).
(WILL BE SIGNED WITH ORIENTEERING SIGN).

Follow East West road for 1.5 km signage, then turn right on unnamed road and follow for another 3.5 km to the event hub. Orienteering signage will be displayed from the start of the East West Road!
