'Chinamans Beach'
Location: Rosherville Reserve, McLean Crescent, The Spit

A pre Christmas workout on the shores and mansions of Middle Harbour and Balmoral. Doesn't get much better than this, especially when running back downhill from the bushy and cliffy highpoint and the top of the Balmoral Burn. A fantastic location for an apres O swim and fish & chips on the beach, and the season's halfway mark as we head off to the Xmas festivities.

The Sydney Summer Series (also known as Sydney Map Running) is the best summer orienteering in town, utilising Sydney's parks, history, beaches, harbour and bush locations.

Casual Registrations (non-members) - Seniors $20, Juniors $10, Families $50. All casual rates include SI stick hire.
