Pre-Enter event as above with preferred course, make payment. Do all that is possible to prevent ‘office’ contact on the day. In extenuating circumstances we will accept correct money payment (no change given) at the prestart.
We are not expecting big numbers but watch final instructions on eventor in case we have to make separate time allocation groupings.
Arrive at the venue and park as directed which may be in separated groups.
There will be no assembly area. There will be no catered toilets so use public toilets elsewhere beforehand and after.
Ready yourself and go to the start when there is less than 10 people in the vicinity.
Wear a mask before and after competing and carry one with you whilst competing.
There will be a start control with a ‘dip’ start.
The finish is a separate location to the start, from which you should return to your car.
At the finish you will be given your time and it will appear on eventor.
Maintain 2 arms lengths separation at all times.
Please do not attend if you live in, or have recently visited a covid hotspot or are suspect of carrying the virus.
If you comply with these instructions, we can continue our sport and have a ‘good’ event.
