Camping Update 28 Aug 2020: please see updated info about camping.

COVID-19 compliance:

In order to keep our caravan operators safe and maximise social distancing, pre-entry is preferred for all events through Eventor and prepaid through Eventor / Paypal.

ONLINE REGISTRATION CLOSES 11:59PM THURSDAY 10 SEPTEMBER.

Please follow all Government guidelines for social distancing and do not come to an event if you are feeling unwell.
Refunds will be available if you cannot get to the event, be it because you are feeling unwell or just don't like the weather.

All OWA members have an account in Eventor. Members, please check that your contact details including phone number are correct in your account on Eventor.
If you aren't a member and haven't been to an event requiring pre-entry this year, you will need to set up an account in Eventor. There is no need to join any club other than Casuals WA, you just pay more for each event.
There are guides on the website or another member could help you.
If you have any problems, contact our Business Manager, Emma, via email at orienteeringwa@gmail.com.

We acknowledge that pre-entry requires everyone to be more organised, but we consider this is the best means of making our events COVID-safe.

If you miss the deadline for pre-entry, enter on the day will be available.

Loan SI sticks (for timing your run) will be pre-packaged and issued at the Start if you have pre-entered.

No water will be provided at events or on the courses. Therefore, you must bring your own water and consider if you need to carry water with you on the course.

Post-event picnic gatherings will be permitted provided social distancing is maintained but there will be no cake stall or communal food of any kind.

Entry fees:
Adult concessions are obtained by selecting the appropriate Service which will reduce the fee (there are no concessions for Juniors).
Group entries - the lead adult should enter and pay, and then advise the organiser who are in the group (names and ages) - maximimum of 5.
Family maximum - enter all the family members in one transaction and the system will calculate the maximum fee.

Start times from 9.30am – 11.30am. Courses close at 1pm sharp. Please return to the assembly area by 1pm even if you have not completed your course.
