Championship entry is via pre-entry only - ENTRIES CLOSE ON SUNDAY 13 SEPTEMBER 2020

COVID-19 compliance:
In order to keep our caravan operators safe, maximise social distancing, track attendees and minimise cash handling, all events have a pre-pay option through Eventor (payment through Paypal).
Pre-entry is strongly preferred but enter on the day will be available. Prepaid cards will not be accepted at events.

Loan SI sticks (for timing your run) will be pre-packaged and issued at the Start if you have pre-entered.

You must bring your own water to the event as none will be provided at the assembly area, Start or Finish. Water will be provided at control points on the Hard courses only, at intervals and minimal quantities required by Orienteering Australia competition rules. Please consider carrying your own water to save the burden on organisers. Please refer to the document below.

WHEN ENTERING PLEASE INDICATE UNDER THE SERVICES TAB IF YOU REQUIRE WATER ON YOUR COURSE. If you do not tick this service it will be assumed that you will be carrying your own water, and none will be provided for you.

Post-event picnic gatherings will be permitted provided social distancing is maintained but there will be no cake stall or communal food of any kind.

Please follow all Government guidelines for social distancing and do not come to an event if you are feeling unwell.

Refunds are not offered routinely for Championship courses.
Anyone who has entered in advance for a non-championship course (and does not have a specific starting time) would be offered a refund.

Members, please check that your contact details including phone number are correct in your account on Eventor. All OWA members have an account in Eventor.

Casual members must set up an account in Eventor in order to pre-enter events - there is no need to join a Club other than CasualsWA, you just pay more for each event. There are guides on the website or another member could help you. If you have any problems, contact our Business Manager, Emma, via email at orienteeringwa@gmail.com.

We acknowledge that pre-entry requires everyone to be more organised, but we consider this is the best means of making our events COVID-safe.

Entry fees:
Adult concessions are obtained by selecting the appropriate Service which will reduce the fee (there are no concessions for Juniors).
Group entries - the lead adult should enter and pay, and then advise the organiser who are in the group (names and ages) - maximimum of 5.
Family maximum - enter all the family members in one transaction and the system will calculate the maximum fee.

Start times from 9.30am – 11.00am. Courses close at 1pm sharp. Please return to the assembly area by 1pm even if you have not completed your course.

Directions: Tooday Road, Morangup Road, Quarry Road - more details in the Information Flyer
